Bluffton Tigers Varsity Baseball team stole the lead late and defeated Oak Hill 10-9 on Wednesday.
In the first inning, the Tigers got their offense started. Max Corle and Gavin King each drove in two runs apiece as they both hit 2-run home-runs.
Nick Huffar started the game for Bluffton. He lasted three innings, allowing two hits and two runs while striking out two and walking zero. Eli Inskeep was credited with the late game victory as he went one and one-third innings, allowing three runs on three hits, striking out one and walking one.
Bluffton collected 13 hits on the day. Corle, King, and Inskeep all had multiple hits for Bluffton Tigers. Corle went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Bluffton Tigers Varsity in hits. Also recording hits for the Tigers was Koltan Moore, Clayton Thompson, Everett Johnson, Gabe Eisenhut, Mason Heller, and Brandon Lockwood.
