The Bluffton 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team earned a 33-12 win over Blackford, improving their season record to 12-1. The Tigers displayed a strong defensive effort, holding Blackford to just 5 points through the first three quarters. Offensively, Bluffton was led by Chase Kistler, who had a game-high 13 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Maddox White and Vince Lambert each added 7 points, while Parker Christal and Wyatt Holmes chipped in 3 apiece. The 8th-grade Tigers will hit the road tomorrow night to face Woodlan, with a chance to secure the regular season ACAC title with a win. The Bluffton 7th Grade Boys Basketball Team secured a 42-34 win over previously undefeated Blackford, improving their record to 10-3. In a close matchup, the Tigers used a strong fourth quarter to secure the victory, outscoring Blackford 16-9 after holding a narrow one-point lead at the end of the third quarter. Davin Drayer led Bluffton with a standout performance, recording a team-high 19 points and 10 rebounds. Riker Beste added 13 points, while Kole Kiefer contributed 5, Kreigh Ault scored 3, and Easton Schipper rounded out the scoring with 2 points.
