The Bluffton 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team started strong after the holiday break, beating Bellmont 44-6. The Tigers' defense was key, forcing 20 turnovers and holding Bellmont to 15% shooting. With the win, Bluffton’s record improves to 11-1. Maddox White led the team with 11 points, followed by Chase Kistler with 8. Jabraylon Hamer added 6, Keaton Ingram scored 5, and Trace Simpson contributed 4. Ethan Ribich and Corban Wheeler each had 3 points, while Wyatt Holmes and Parker Christal scored 2 points each. The Bluffton 7th Grade Boys Basketball Team also had a big win, defeating Bellmont 47-8 to improve their record to 9-3. Their defense was solid, holding Bellmont to 13% shooting and allowing only 2 points in the second half. Ryker Beste led all scorers with 18 points. Kole Kiefer added 8 points, while Kreigh Ault scored 5 and led the team with 4 assists and 4 rebounds. Easton Schipper, Clive Gerber, Simeon Terry, and Davin Drayer each scored 4 points.
