The Bluffton 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team cruised to a commanding 43-14 victory over Heritage tonight. With the win, the Tigers advance to 9-1 on the season, staying perfect in ACAC play at 5-0. Maddox White led the offensive charge with 17 points, while Ethan Ribich delivered an impressive all-around performance, contributing 5 points, a team-high 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals. Parker Christal added 5 points and a block, while Braxton Bebout chipped in 4 points. Vince Lambert and Kamdyn Shuman each tallied 3 points, and Keaton Ingram, Wyatt Holmes, and Croy Stout rounded out the scoring with 2 points apiece. In the 7th Grade matchup, the Tigers dominated Heritage 38-6, improving to 7-3 overall and 4-1 in ACAC competition. Bluffton’s defense was excellent, holding Heritage to just 13% shooting and forcing 21 turnovers. Riker Beste led the way with 14 points and a season-best 6 assists. Kreigh Ault impressed on both ends of the court, contributing 8 points and a season-high 7 steals. Kole Kiefer and Davin Drayer each added 4 points, while Easton Schipper led the team on the boards with 5 rebounds and 2 points. Clive Gerber, Simeon Terry, and Carter Bell each added 2 points to cap off the Tigers’ dominant performance.
