The Bluffton Tigers 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team improved to 6-1 on the season with an impressive 42-34 victory over Norwell Middle School. The Tigers delivered another exciting performance, playing in their second consecutive close game in as many nights. Trailing 22-17 at halftime, Bluffton rallied in the third quarter behind an explosive offensive burst. Ethan Ribich sparked the comeback by draining a three-pointer to tie the game at 22. Moments later, Vince Lambert caught fire, scoring 9 of his game-high 15 points in an electrifying stretch where he hit three consecutive three-pointers in just over 90 seconds. This gave Bluffton a 9-point lead they would not surrender. Lambert led the way with 15 points, finishing a perfect 4-for-4 from beyond the arc and 3-for-4 at the free-throw line. Maddox White contributed 12 points, along with 2 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks despite fouling out early in the 4th quarter. Chase Kistler also tallied 12 points with 9 rebounds.
