The 8th Grade Boys basketball team defeated Adams Central 44-17 to open up ACAC conference play. Chase Kistler led the Tigers in scoring with 12 points. Maddox White was close behind with 11, followed by Wyatt Holmes with 7. Kamdyn Shuman contributed 5 points, Ethan Ribich had 4, Vince Lambert had 3, and Braxton Bebout had 2. The 8th grade improved to 3-0 on the season and 1-0 in ACAC play. The Tigers will play Oak Hill tomorrow night at home in a matchup of two teams that both went undefeated last year as 7th graders and are currently undefeated as 8th graders. The 7th Grade Boys Basketball team defeated Adams Central 30-19. The Tigers were without 4 players due to illness/injury, but played very well to improve to 2-1 overall and 1-0 in ACAC play. The Tigers were led by Riker Beste who led all scorers with 16 points. Simeon Terry added 9 points, Easton Schipper had 3, and Kreigh Ault with 2. The Tigers played great defense all night causing 21 turnovers and holding AC to 32% shooting from the field. The 7th graders will play Oak Hill at home tomorrow night at 6:00PM.
