The Lady TigerSharks finished in fourth place tonight at their conference meet. The ladies may have been out numbered, but they competed hard and a few girls earned a season best time. Freshman Ellie Coyne led the team in points with 44 total points. Senior Lucia Corkwell was right behind her adding 36 points to the overall team score. Highlights on tonight's meet: The Medley Relay team of Schmidt, Coyne, Corkwell and Reed took third place. Senior Lucia Corkwell took third place in both the 200 IM and 100 Butterfly. Anna Zurcher took 6th in the 50 Freestyle while earning a season best time. Ellie Coyne was the 100 Yard Freestyle Conference Champion where she earned a season best time. The 200 Yard Freestyle Relay team of Zurcher, Reed, Coyne and Corkwell took third place and also earned their season best time for the relay. The 100 Yard Breaststroke Conference Champion was Ellie Coyne. Senior Zoey Schmidt took second place in the 500 Yard Freestyle. The ladies will be closing out their regular season next Thursday when they host Bellmont.
