The A Team picked up a thrilling 33-30 victory over Southern Wells in an exciting back-and-forth game. Sam Roush led the offense with an outstanding 230 yards rushing and four touchdowns. Mason Squires also had a strong game, including a 15-yard touchdown pass to Trace Donahoe. Landon Moser and Roush each converted an extra-point pass. Lev Mounsey added 15 yards receiving, while Moser finished with 50 receiving yards. Defensively, Reed Harris led the way with a five-yard tackle for loss and a forced fumble that was recovered by Roush. Harvey Bedwell and Roush also forced a fumble that was recovered by Moser. Chris Velosa, Landon Herr, and Lev Mounsey contributed throughout the defensive effort, while Donahoe added a tackle for loss. The B Team battled hard but fell 13-6 in a competitive game. Oliver Geisel led the offense with an outstanding 100-yard rushing performance, including the team's lone touchdown. Treyton Uptgraft connected with Hudson Smith for 35 yards through the air and also found Boone Sprunger for a 20-yard completion. Defensively, Treyton Uptgraft led the way with a tackle for loss and an interception. Jayce Swann added a 10-yard tackle for loss and a fumble recovery. Remmington Cornett and Boone Sprunger also contributed to the defensive effort.
