Norwell Invite Varsity vs Norwell (89 - 52) Fourth The Bluffton boys cross country team finished 4th out of 13 teams at the Norwell Bob Dahl CC Invitational on August 15. Norwell won the meet with 52 points, followed by Lakewood Park Christian with 54. Bellmont took 3rd with 89 points, edging out Bluffton on the tiebreaker after both teams finished with 89 points as well — Bellmont's overall time (1:35:52.3) was just over 15 seconds faster than Bluffton's (1:36:07.9). Case Neuenschwander led the Tigers, finishing 9th overall in 18:33.1. Ryan Schlagenhauf was right behind in 11th (18:38.8), and Andy Baumgartner rounded out Bluffton's top three in 17th (19:09.3). Aidan Graves (22nd, 19:36.1) and Clayton Brubaker (30th, 20:10.5) completed the scoring five, with Jimmy Borabo-Hower, Hudson Withers, and Rogan Jones also competing for the Tigers. Several Tigers showed strong improvement from last year's Bob Dahl. Jimmy Borabo-Hower cut over two minutes off his 2025 time, and Andy Baumgartner shaved off nearly a minute and a half. Ryan Schlagenhauf, Case Neuenschwander, and Clayton Brubaker also came in faster than a year ago, continuing a solid trend for the team early in the season.
