Heritage Varsity Patriots made the score 7-3 in the top of the fourth after an error scored one run, an error scored two runs, and Adalina Bacon singled, scoring one run. Bluffton Varsity Tigers made the score 7-5 in the bottom of the fifth inning when Kierstynn Reed grounded out, scoring one run, and Phillippe hit a solo home run to left field. Bluffton Varsity Tigers scored five runs on six hits in the bottom of the seventh inning. Craig homered to left field, scoring three runs, and Kenley Smith doubled, scoring two runs. Shipp earned the win for Heritage Varsity Patriots. The starter surrendered 14 hits and 10 runs over seven innings, striking out five and walking two. Kamryn Ault took the loss for Bluffton Varsity Tigers. The hurler went one inning, surrendering three runs on four hits, striking out none and walking none. Phillippe opened the game for Bluffton Varsity Tigers. The starting pitcher allowed seven hits and nine runs (two earned) over five and one-third innings, striking out two and walking four.
