The Lady TigerSharks faced a tough opponent tonight and came up short, but they competed well from start to finish. There were several close races, with girls pushing the pace and racing hard in every event. We saw multiple time drops, along with many swimmers holding right around their season-best times, which shows consistency and strong effort as we continue to build through the season. The team’s energy and support for one another stood out, and the girls continue to show growth and resilience in competition. Top Finishers: Adelynn Fiechter took 2nd place in the diving competition. 200 Medley Relay Team of Lesh, Zurcher, Smith and Hansen finished second. Kierstynn Reed took second in the 200 Yard Freestyle. Adelyn Atkins finished second on the 200 Yard IM. The team of Atkins, Reed, Fiechter and Frauigher took second place in both the 200 and 400 Yard Freestyle Relay. Tess Frauhiger finished second place in the 100 Yard Backstroke Addison Smith took second in the 100 Yard Breaststroke. The ladies will travel to Manchester on Thursday for their next meet, looking to build on their progress and compete strong.
